The courier service tried to deliver the bag a day before. But due to my absence they couldn't. From next day onwards I followed them up regularly to retry delivering the product. To my utter dismay they have never sent a courier delivery agent after that to deliver the same but if I go to track it they are showing that they have failed to deliver, which is not true at all. My grievance is with the courier agent and not classyreplica
