Okay

Bag is good but while sending you should do a proper packaging with air cushions inside. The bag was kept flat inside a polythene which has left a big folding mark on the bag and its not getting normal.

Thank you very much for your honest review. It will help us to make changes in the packaging of this particular product. Don't worry next time no other customer will face issue in this product regarding packaging.
Also one update for you just store some stuffs in bag it will normalise because its made of 100% vegan leather and is flexible in nature.
